Jessa was very accommodating even though our trip was almost last minute. House is beautiful, roomy, and comfortable. We have rented other properties on BookingsNreservations.com comparable in size to this one, and we all like this one best. House was well stocked and very clean. location is right on the beach as well as very convenient to restaurants, shops, and activities. Plenty of parking. Pool is large and beautiful. Hope we can return to enjoy being so close to beach, play in pool, and enjoy beautiful this beautiful home. Stayed: January 2024
Our 14 member family spent a week in this house. Every adult raved about the location, the space, the amenities. The grandchildren enjoyed the beach, but they loved swimming in the pool. The adults sat on the porches after the children were asleep or in the morning to enjoy the serenity as well as the view of the gulf. The dining table was big enough to seat all of us and the kitchen was the best-appointed kitchen we have ever used. Every family member was happy with the sleeping accommodations. Each room is spacious, well-furnished and beautiful. What a luxurious vacation!

A beautiful fully furnished huge beach front house with pool
It was our first time to Pensacola Beach. My huge family all were extremely surprised at the beautiful furnished beach front house with so many amenities, including a private heated pool. Sitting out on the 2 porches and watching the gulf was so relaxing. My 87 year old mother didn’t want to leave and many of us agreed. Jessa was so accommodating with special requests and provided a lot of information of what to see and where to eat. We would definitely rent this house again.

From the moment we initially contacted Jessa, our rental experience was perfect. Jessa was very informative, and accommodating, and ensured that we had every answer required. The house is just awesome. The pictures are good, but do not do the view and setting justice. As good as the pictures are, the house, the uncrowded and perfectly kept beach, the view, everything, is much better than pictured. 5-minute walk or bike ride to dining and shopping. Without hesitation, we would highly recommend this beach home to any family or group, and we absolutely will return as soon as the opportunity presents.
