This house functioned well for our large group, in terms of space and layout. However, the pictures are a little deceiving and it is not quite as sparkly and fancy as it looks. It needed a good deep cleaning, and there were some maintenance issues, such as leaking sinks, a broken dishwasher, and no water feature over the pool (as shown in the pictures). But all issues were taken care of afterwards and we enjoyed our stay.

Great house. Close walking distance to the beach with private access. Gift shops, restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream shops very close by. We had 5 big families and it was more then enough house. A few minor things that need to be replaced but overall the house was great. Our families had blast and the kids never left the pool.

Great home for the value but please be aware it needs work. We arrived and the pool had not been cleaned (or heated as we paid extra for). The host did send someone to clean the pool the same day but it should have been ready for our arrival. They could not get the heater working in the pool on day one but did get it working towards the end of day two, so we lost money and were not offered a credit of any kind. The fridge located on the back porch his broken, smelly and had mold growing in it. It hadn't been used in many months yet it was left in the listing as an amenity. The TV on the back porch was also missing upon arrival, the host did replace this on day two. The ice machine listed as a amenity was broken and had mold and dead flies in it. We started smelling gas on day 3 and noticed the oven would turn on by itself. The host had to call the gas company to inspect and it was determined no gas leak but the oven was deemed defective and we had to turn it off via the breaker box. The gas we were smelling was spent and safe. The outdoor shower didn't work either, no handle. Furniture was broken, lights didn't work, etc. The space was great but the condition the home was in was not great to say the least. It needs a serious overhaul and and updated listing. The location was great, within walking distance to the private beach access. Overall we had a good family vacation, but we would never stay in this home again. Dealing with the host almost each and everyday for something broken made it a pain and not a relaxing vacation I was expecting.
