There are 3 units in this complex that can be rented separately or together. (Please see CB-244A, B, and C for more details.) Each unit has a private outdoor patio and barbecue, as well as access to the large yard/barbecue area outside.
Each of these ocean view units are newly updated and beautifully furnished throughout with beach chic comfortable furniture. Each great room has a large flat screen TV and a fireplace in the living room area.
Each great room also has a separate view dining room and a kitchen bar with high top stools so everyone can eat together in each unit.
All 3 kitchens have everything you need to create meals and snacks for you and your family/guests. Just add the food and the camaraderie and have fun.
The 2400 sq. ft. upper unit has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and sleeps 8 in beds with a maximum of 9 people allowed. The lower north-facing 750 sq. ft. unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and sleeps 4 with a maximum of 5 people allowed. The lower 550 sq. ft. south-facing unit has 1 bedroom and 1 bath, and sleeps 2 with a
maximum of 3 people allowed. In total this complex can sleeps 15 in beds if one rents an air mattress from SeaBreeze.
All bed and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens for your ultimate comfort.
There is a shared laundry and driveway parking for 4 cars and parking for 2 cars in the garage. Additional amenities include WI-FI and cable. Street parking is also available.
With freeway access a mile away LEGOLAND, and many other world class attractions, can easily be added to your list of things to experience.
