Changing or cancelling a reservation

You might want to change your reservation date or cancel a reservation. It’s easy once logged into your account. Go to your account dashboard, select reservations and click on the reservation you want to modify or cancel. In case of emergency, check our cancellation policy for all the details you need and more.

Making payments

If you are ready to make payment after booking a reservation, we offer you different payment methods. It now depends on your method of choice. Our payment methods include Zelle and Venmo.

If you do need to cancel, any refund will be based on the Host’s cancellation policy, so be sure to check the details before you book to make sure it works for you.
