The 4,200 square foot house sleeps 16 comfortably. The top floor master bedroom has 1 King with a balcony and full private bath with walk-in shower. Next to the master bedroom is the first guest bedroom offering 1 Queen with balcony access, and a full private bath with walk-in shower. Down the hall is the second guest bedroom with 1 Queen. The third guest bedroom has 1 twin bunk bed, (top and bottom), with 1 twin trundle and 1 separate twin bed. These two bedrooms share a full bath with tub/shower combo. Just one floor down is the main living area where you will find the fourth guest bedroom with 1 Queen and full private bath with stand-alone shower. The living room offers a large, comfortable Queen sleeper sofa with a 1/2 guest bath just at the base of the stairs. On the bottom level of the home is a second living area with 1 Queen sleeper sofa, private bath with stand-alone shower, and large flat screen TV.
At the end of a sun soaked day on the beach, there’s entertainment for everyone, with flat screen TVs in every bedroom and throughout the home. Most bedrooms even offer USB wall sockets for charging your electronics without unplugging lamps or clocks!
