You can literally walk to everything from this home! If you don’t believe me, just look at the balcony views and you’ll see for yourself. Speaking of Balconies, your 3rd level balcony has access via a spiral staircase to a Roof Top Deck with some of the best views of Lido Key, the Gulf of Mexico, and Downtown Sarasota. You’ll love the multiple Balconies and patios to take in your morning coffee and sunrise, or your afternoon cocktail and sunset. You’ll also fall in love with the Private Heated Pool area. Floor Plan Description:
On the Ground floor you’ll find a 2-3 Car garage, Entry with Foyer and immediate access to either Stairs or Elevator to access the above 2 floors.

On the First Level of Living, you’ll find a large Great Room with a Fully Stocked Chef’s Kitchen and Island with bar top seating for 6, a Large Living Room with a Queen Sleeper Sofa, and Dining Room. Bar Top & Seated Dining for 14 inside. There is an additional Dining Table just off this space that is on a large Balcony overlooking the pool, this table seats 8 for a total seating of 22. Just down the hall, there is a Washer/Dryer and a 1/2 Bathroom for your convenience. You’ll also find 3 Bedrooms, each with King Beds and En Suite Baths (Vanity and Walk-In Showers). 2 of these have Balconies with Gulf Views.

On the Second Level of Living you’ll immediately access the 2nd Living Room space upon exiting the elevator or staircase. This features a Queen Sleeper Sofa, a Large HDTV and Wet Bar! You’ll find 4 Bedrooms, 3 of those are King Bedrooms each with En Suite Bathrooms and Balcony Access. One of those bedrooms is the Home’s main Master Bedroom with an oversized Master Bath with a Walk In Shower that has a free standing bathtub inside the shower itself. It is stunning and gorgeous, and the head of household will absolutely feel spoiled. The 4th bedroom is the home’s Bunk Room. It features 2 Full over Full Sized Bunk Beds with a Twin Pull Out Trundle Bed (Sleeps up to 9 people) with an En Suite Bathroom featuring a bathtub that is perfect for the kids. You’ll also find the Roof Top Deck access on this floor for amazing views all day long, including Sunset and Sunrise.

So, if you aren’t sold yet, let me tell you a little more about the location of this home. It is located in the heart of Lido Key and it is literally steps away from Lido Key Beach and about a 4 minute bike ride, or 10 minute walk to St. Armand’s Circle. If you aren’t familiar with St. Armand’s Circle, well, you’re in for a treat because this area is a very well-known and high-end commercial retail and restaurant area. It is filled with boutiques, restaurants, dessert shops, and nightlife. This is a renowned area and people come from all over to walk the circle, take in the sights and sounds, and enjoy the many offerings of this area. However, you’ll be able to walk or bike there and not worry about driving or parking your car, so you can truly enjoy your vacation without concern for the details. If you want even more offerings, Downtown Sarasota is only 2.5 miles from this home, and you can find an even larger supply of retail, restaurants, nightlife, concert halls, comedy venues and more. You can catch a movie, a play or performance at the Sarasota Van Wezel, or just walk down Main Street and pop in and out of dozens and dozens of shops and stores. It is about a $10-15 Uber to downtown – so again, no need to worry about transportation, everything is right there at your fingertips. The home is very short drive or nice bike ride to City Island, where your family can enjoy a day at Mote Marine Laboratory, where you can enjoy the large aquariums, education centers, and aquatic “petting zoos” for an up close and personal nautical experience. You can also visit New Pass Bait Shop to test out your fishing luck or launch a kayak or boat at the boat ramp on City Island as well. There is a small park and beach on City Island as well.

Want to stay with us longer than 2 weeks? Great! We just ask that you coordinate a day and time with us so we can have an additional clean done during your stay. There is an additional cleaning fee required for this and we would be happy to provide you with a quote. If you want to have your linens and towels replaced during this clean, we can do that too, just let us know. We are passionate about maintaining our homes and keeping them clean so we appreciate your cooperation on this. We will require an additional clean for every 2 weeks that you are in our home.
